Education Qualification
- A degree of Company Secretary obtained from institute of Chartered Secretaries of India (ICSI); or any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956.
- Knowledge of Computer is must. Preference will be given to candidate proficient in English and Gujarati.
Experience :
Have about 7 Years’ experience (Combined or separate) post qualification in the field of company secretarial matters in Government/Local Bodies/Government Undertaking Board or Corporation or society /Limited Company established under the companies Act, 2013/ Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under Central or State Act in India, or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956;
Age Limit :
- 45 years
- Age must not be more than the above mentioned age limit on the day of Interview.
Salary :
- Rs.60,000/-
