Educational Qualification:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University in India,
- Must be accredited to practice law.
- Should have knowledge of CCC+LEVEL computer skills.
- Maximum Age Limit :- 50 years.
Experience :-
- Should have at least 5 years of experience as a practicing advocate. Name among them. At least 3 years of experience as an advocate in a High Court OR. Government Departments Name on behalf of Government in Departmental Offices. 3 years of experience in defense in Supreme High Court cases.
Remuneration and Leave:-
- 60,000 per month to the Legal Counsel at this post – No allowances or pay commission benefits of any kind will be admissible on this collected salary.
