RRB Bharti 2025: Various Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) of Indian Railways have announced a combined recruitment (Centralized Employment Notification – CEN 02/2025) for the posts of Junior Engineer (JE), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) and Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant (CMA) .
A total of 2570 posts will be filled across India under this recruitment drive. These posts are of Level-6 pay scale, in which candidates will be eligible for a salary ranging from ₹35,400/- to ₹1,12,400/-.
Candidates with Diploma, Degree or Masters qualification in Engineering can apply online from October 31, 2025 to November 30, 2025. Candidates will have to apply online through the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) of their choice.

Educational Qualification
The minimum educational qualification for various posts in this recruitment is as follows. Candidates should refer to the official notification for the specific trade/branch:
- Junior Engineer (JE): Diploma (three years) or Degree (BE/B.Tech) in relevant engineering discipline (such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.).
- Depot Material Superintendent (DMS): Diploma (three years) or Degree (BE/B.Tech) in any discipline of Engineering.
- Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant (CMA): Bachelor’s Degree in Science with minimum 50% marks in Physics and Chemistry or Diploma/Degree in Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be primarily based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) and Document Verification conducted in two stages:
- First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-1)
- Second Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-2)
- Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination
How to apply
Candidates have to apply online through the Indian Railways’ integrated recruitment portal RRB – Online Applications. While applying, you have to select the Railway Recruitment Board (e.g., Ahmedabad, Mumbai, etc.) for which you wish to apply.
- First of all, visit the website of your preferred RRB or the central recruitment portal of the Railways.
- Click on “New Registration” for the CEN 02/2025 announcement.
- Register by filling in your details and get a user ID/password.
- Complete the application form by logging in, entering educational details and post preference.
- Pay the fee online and take a printout of the submitted form.
