Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB) has released the official notification for Sub Auditor / Peta Hisabnish (Class-3) and Auditor / Hisabnish (Class-3) Recruitment 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online from 17 November 2025 to 30 November 2025 through OJAS official portal. A total of 426 posts will be filled through a competitive examination.

Eligibility, Educational Qualification, Experience

Educational Qualification

Candidate must have any one of the following degrees:

• BBA
• BCA
• B.Com
• B.Sc (Mathematics / Statistics)
• B.A (Statistics / Economics / Mathematics)

Note:

• B.Sc (CA & IT) and M.Sc (CA & IT) are NOT eligible.
• Candidate must have basic computer knowledge as per Government rules.
• Candidate must know Gujarati & Hindi languages.

Experience

No experience required.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

1. Preliminary Exam (MCQ – 150 Marks)
   • Negative Marking: 0.25
   • Qualifying Marks: 40%
2. Main Exam (Descriptive – 200 Marks)
   • Paper 1: Gujarati & English – 100 Marks
   • Paper 2: Accountancy & Auditing – 100 Marks
   • Qualifying Marks: 40% each paper
3. Document Verification
4. Final Merit Based on Main Exam Marks Only
